NCロードスター用に販売を開始して以来大変な好評を博し、歴代ロードスターのハンドリング安定の必須アイテムとしての地位を確立してきました。
実はRX-8用ナックルサポートも、時を同じくして販売を開始しましたが、RX-8の前期型のフロントナックルは強度が高く、ボールジョイント支持部の首廻りやリブの立て方も太くて剛性感が有り、実際ナックルサポートを装着しても効果が分かり難いとの評価でした。
そんな訳で積極的に販売をしてきませんでした。
しかしながら、時が過ぎRX-8のマイナーチェンジとして後期型が販売されると、フロントナックルの形状がＮＣロードスターと酷似しており、加えて19インチタイヤを装着したモデルも設定されたため、再度後期型にナックルサポートを装着して走行テストしてみると、ハンドリングの落ち着きと剛性感のアップを確実に感じることができました。
